聽說有不少人是海外朋友，無法現場親自來，但是有買影音（當初講座和影音一起購買），五月底主辦單位就會寄送檔案給購買的各位。
I heard that many fans from overseas couldn’t make it in person, but still purchased the Seminar spots because video recording is part of the package. The event organizer will send out the recordings to all buyers by the end of May.

這次的主題是「我的人生，靈魂的規劃」，談到每個人與原生家庭，因為我們的個性、天性，構成家族成員彼此不同的觀點，並且舉例示範，不同層面的角度切入，可能導致的衝突與誤解。還有，靈魂的樂天與實際上遇到壓力呈現的差異性。
The theme of this seminar was "My Life and the Blueprint of My Soul." Discussing one's relationship with their family of origin, we see how an individual’s unique personalities and inherent traits create differing viewpoints among family members. I also provided examples of how viewing things from different levels can sometimes lead to potential misunderstandings and conflicts. Additionally, I discussed how a soul’s inherent optimism can sometimes clash with the way we handle stress in real life.
我們的出生時間，時代，構成了成員性情的基本盤，這可以從星座命理中窺見端倪。實際上的相處，每個人的彈性和溝通能力，也都會因為原生家庭心理上傳承的習性（與業力），產生截然不同的碰撞結果。
The birth time and the era we were born in form the foundation of our personalities, which can be glimpsed through astrology and numerology. But beyond that, each person's adaptability and communication skills—shaped by their family's psychological traits and karmic patterns—can lead to vastly different outcomes.
這次會議的上半場，都在針對關係、合作，心理調適方面的能力與準備。下半場帶領大家做小小的冥想，回顧自己和感求深切的其他人的關係，並且透過指引，回顧情緒激動時自己的狀態，對方的狀態，重新安頓內心的安全感。
In the first half of the session, we focused on relationships, teamwork, and the ability to adapt emotionally and mentally. Then, in the second half, I guided a short meditation to help everyone reflect on their connections with the important people in their lives. Through this, we revisited the emotions we experience during conflicts, looked at how both we and the other person reacted, and worked on restoring a sense of inner security.
冥想最後引導大家和好，與釋放壓力的過程，看到很多人都露出笑容，真高興你幫到你們！
The meditation ended with a guided process of reconciliation and stress release. Seeing so many of you smile truly warms my heart—I’m glad I could help!

The venue at NTU was incredibly comfortable—great layout, easy access, and top-notch facilities. It was my first time there too, and I felt so honored to be part of it.
